In partnership with Irobii, we conduct comprehensive workplace wellbeing assessments that give you a clear, evidence-based picture of your employees' mental health needs, stress levels, key risk areas, and organizational culture. Using validated tools and structured questionnaires, we gather meaningful data across your workforce, confidentially and respectfully so that the programs we build are grounded in your specific reality rather than assumptions. Tailored Program Design

Based on the results of your wellbeing assessment, our team designs a customized mental health program built specifically around your organization's needs, culture, size, and resources. Mental Health Training

We deliver hands-on, engaging mental health training programs tailored for three distinct audiences within your organization. For Managers & Leadership: we train managers and team leaders to recognize early signs of mental distress, have supportive conversations without overstepping, create psychologically safe team environments, reduce stigma through their own leadership behavior, and connect employees to the right support at the right time. For HR Professionals: we equip HR teams with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks to integrate mental health into HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and conflict resolution. For Employees: we deliver interactive workshops and group sessions covering stress recognition and management, building emotional resilience, navigating workplace pressure and burnout, healthy communication and boundary setting, supporting colleagues in distress, and breaking the stigma around mental health at work.

Corporate Mental Health Hubs

For organizations ready to make a long-term commitment to employee wellbeing, we offer the option to establish a dedicated Mental Health Hub within your workplace. Modeled on our successful school-based hubs, a Corporate Mental Health Hub is a permanent, confidential, welcoming space within your office or facility where employees can access peer support, psychoeducation resources, self-help tools, and one-on-one counseling sessions. It sends a clear message to your entire workforce: your mental health matters here, and we have created a space to prove it. We handle everything, from designing the space and training the internal peer supporters who staff it, to establishing the referral pathways and monitoring systems that keep it running effectively over time.
